If you think you would benefit from 1 to 1 personal support and would like to have a fitness programme put togther that meets with your individual lifestyle and goals please get in touch. Personal Training has consistently been proven to be the most effective way of reaching your fitness goals and sticking to an exercise programme.


Sport Relief Nordic 3 Mile.

Thanks to all who did the Sport Relief Nordic 3 mile at Haldon Forest Park on Saturday 24th March. The weather was fabulous and combined with a collection from the regular Nordic Walkers we raised £75.


Nordic Walking at National Trust Killerton.

I am very pleased to be working with National Trust at Killerton and now offer free taster sessions and the ‘Learn to Nordic Walk’ course at this wonderful location. Sportivate - 6 week Nordic Walking fitness programme.

1st October 2011

Are you aged 18 - 24 and keen to learn how to nordic walk? Thanks to Sportivate funding you can now attend a six week Nordic Walking fitness programme for only £15.

Course starting at the University of Exeter on Wednesday 19th October to the 23rd November, 2:30pm - 3:30pm. A second course will also being running at Haldon Forest on Saturdays 11:30pm to 12:30pm starting in November.


Free taster sessions for the over 60's

I am now working with Age UK and the Senior Council for Devon to raise awareness about the benefits of Nordic Walking. A series of free taster sessions for anyone over the age of 60 will be held in September and October. To find our more and to reserve your free place call or e-mail me.


Get Nordic Fit at the University of Exeter

8th July 2011

Regular walks are now taking place at the University of Exeter on Wednesday Evenings from 5.30 - 6.30. The University is keen to promote the walks to everyone in the community, you don't have to be a student or work there to join in. The grounds and the nature reserve at the rear of the university are lovely so why not come along and give it a go.


Longest Day Walk

21st June 2011

We had a lovely walk through the Nature Reserve and the beach at Dawlish Warren on the longest day. We had a nice meal in the Ship Inn at Cockwood afterwards.


Comic Relief Walk

18th March 2011

Many thanks to all those who attended the Haldon Forest Comic Relief Walk on Friday 18th March. Although it was raining, spirits were high and we raised £60 for the good cause. Hopefully next year the weather will be much more kind.
