As a qualified personal trainer and Registered Exercise Professional, I specialise in low impact exercise, particularly including Nordic walking and Pilates. Please call for a chat. If you then want to progress make an appointment for a free initial consultation. This includes a health and lifestyle evaluation to establish your goals and explore any reasons why you're not meeting them. This will enable me to develop a fitness programme that fits your lifestyle. Training is reviewed as you progress, so that you are always learning and developing and there is plenty of variety and interest.
