Service Description
Learn the full and correct technique by undertaking the British Nordic Walking - International Nordic Walking Association (INWA) 10 steps course. Developed for INWA by sports scientists and biomechanics experts, the INWA10 steps is a tried and tested way of ensuring individuals adopt the best posture and technique to get the most out of Nordic Walking. All British Nordic Walking instructors teach INWA’s 10 Step Method. By undertaking the course and learning the technique over several sessions there is time to break the process down into key steps, consolidate the learning and practice various drills. This ensures you adopt the best posture and technique to get the most out of Nordic walking. For the course at Haldon, participants should be able to walk 2 to 3 miles. If you have any concerns please do get in touch. If mobility is limited a 1 to 1 session may be advisable or you may like a bespoke course for a group. Once you have completed your training, you may like to join my weekly group walks at at various locations across Devon and Dartmoor. Look forward to meeting you soon. Kind regards Fiona
